1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using Mise En ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Mise En is a meal planning and recipe management platform that helps users organize their cooking, plan meals, and manage grocery lists. The service uses artificial intelligence to provide recipe recommendations and meal planning assistance.

To provide these AI-powered features, Mise En may send relevant inputs such as recipe content, meal-planning requests, and dietary preferences to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

Mise En is provided for informational and meal-planning purposes only and does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or other healthcare advice. You are responsible for reviewing recipes, ingredients, and meal plans for allergens, dietary suitability, and safe preparation, and for deciding whether the Service is appropriate for your needs.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Mise En offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content to Mise En, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to take unlawful actions
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

7. PRIVACY POLICY

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
